DISCOVER KAMAKURA WITH YOUR OWN LOCAL GUIDE

Samurai history,
hidden shrines.

Kamakura was the seat of Japan’s first samurai government. Its Buddhist temples, Shinto shrines and coastal scenery still reflect that history.

On this private six-hour walking experience, Terry connects the famous Great Buddha and Hasedera with the hillside shrines of Zeniarai Benzaiten and Sasuke Inari. The route offers local stories, photographs and an Enoden ride between Hase and Kamakura.
